Training of District Trainers

CenterSource Systems, LLC has designed a capacity building model for professional development so that your district or school can have your own certified Tribes TLC^® trainers provide on-going training, coaching and support to teachers, administrators, resource personnel and parent community groups. Those qualified to become licensed trainers attend an extensive Training of Trainers (TOT) session and receive quality training materials. Upon completion of the TOT participants will:

• Be confident of their ability to conduct the 24-hour Tribes TLC^® plan effectively.
• Have assessed their skills as trainers and have committed to on-going skill and professional development as a Tribes TLC^® trainer.
• Understand adult learning styles and how to resolve difficult issues during the conduct of training.
• Have made a plan to gain support for the immediate and extended use of the Tribes process in their school, district or organization.
• Understand and commit to an on-going relationship with CenterSource Systems for professional development, network support and quality training materials
