A 24-hour hands-on training experience that will leave your staff inspired, motivated, and skilled in realizing how to provide every student with the knowledge, skills, and resiliency to be successful in a rapidly changing world.

A 24-hour training exploring the most promising strategy for sustained, substantive school improvement - that of building the capacity of school personnel - "the insiders" - to function as a collegial learning community.

Artistry for Learning

A 24-hour experiential training designed to increase the capacity of teachers and administrators within Tribes Learning Community Schools to intensify quality implementation of the 7 research-based components of Tribes TLC® that catalyze student learning: group development process, cognitive theory, multiple intelligences, cooperative learning, constructivism, reflective practice, and authentic assessment.

Creating Tribes Learning Communities® in After School Programs

A 12-hour experiential training to prepare after school educators, youth workers, and community members to develop a caring learning center environment and to reach and teach children and youth through an active learning approach that promotes human development, resiliency, and social-emotional competence.

Collaboration: The Art Form of Leadership

A 12-hour course written and facilitated by Tribes TLC® trainers, who, collectively have over 60 years administrative experience at the district office (even superintendent) level. The Art Form of Leadership is designed for school leaders and leadership teams to complete authentic leadership tasks and gain a new exciting view of their roles in re-culturing the school.

Training of District Trainers

CenterSource Systems, LLC has designed a capacity building model for professional development so that your district or school can have your own certified Tribes TLC® trainer.

Overview and Demonstration Teaching

An overview presentation, 30 - 90 minutes; or watch a Tribes teacher in action with your class.
