<description>My school in Vancouver, BC has decided to incorporate your Tribes program and I am hopeful it will be successful. Our recent school survey completed by both students and parents identified &quot;bullying&quot; as a major concern....in other words, our school was not a safe community to play and learn.

Your program resonates with many of the strategies I use with my 3-5 years old children. The attentive listening, the mutual respect, the appreciation and no put=downs, and the &quot;right to pass&quot; are just called different things in my field of early childhood education.

Just imagine if all children were given the tools to handle their circumstances and situations before entering elementary school??!!

There is an opportunity to help a generation of children to become a more active, pro-social society where mutual respect is the norm.

Thanks for your work.
